Navy and White with a Pop of Pink

Funny story - while working on yesterday's post, I found some outfit photos my husband took of me back in the beginning of May that I never posted! You may recognize this outfit from Instagram. It was my "Yay! We finally closed on the lake house outfit!" Clearly, I needed to dress nautical for the closing! Would you expect anything otherwise? After we closed on the lake house, we celebrated with our first Oberons of the season. Perhaps in all the excitement, I completely forgot we took these photos! Well, here they are!

 Get the Look:
Dress: Banana Republic Factory (option) | Necklace: Pure Stunning | Sandals: Target (option) | Bag: Kate Spade (option) | Watch: Marc by Marc Jacobs | Bracelets: Gigglosophy and J.Crew Factory | Sunglasses: Ray Ban

Polish: Essie Madison Ave-hue

We celebrated the closing with happy hour on a rooftop! I had been missing my Tory Burch aviators for a little while and found them in the center console of my husband's car on the way to closing! Phew! I couldn't go a summer without my aviators! I also finally changed my last name on my bank accounts that day! I had changed my name everywhere else right after our wedding, but put off changing my bank accounts. We opened a new account for lake house expenses, so it was time to let go of my maiden name for good and finally become a Crane in the banking world. Overall, great day!

Since this day, we've come a long way on the lake house. As you know, we've been completly renovating it. Those renovations are almost done, and this weekend we will begin moving things there! My husband and I are both taking the entire Fourth of July week off to spend there, and we will host family and friends throughout the week. I am so excited for the finished product and to share the before/after photos with you!

P.S. These photos remind me that I really want to get a new tan handbag! I purchased this Kate Spade Spence Convertible Satchel on Gilt three years ago at a major steal. I am not loving it anymore. It doesn't keep a good shape. I am obsessed with my Tory Burch Robinson Satchel that I purchased a couple of years ago, but it is the luggage color, which doesn't work as well with a lot of summer outfits (although, I think it would have worked with this one!). So, I guess I am on the hunt for the perfect tan bag! Something versatile, classic and good quality that will stand the test of time! It is not an urgent matter, as I tend to carry more clutches or cross body bags in the summer (gotta love those bright Target cross bodies). But, I am curious - what are your suggestions?
